Market-leading marketing agency that works with professional marketing through products and events.
I analyzed Profiele's existing policies and governing documents for customers as well as employees and suppliers and developed a platform with content such as Code of Conduct, supplier code and created an overall overview of their policies. The result was a unified sustainability strategy with everything from social and economic parts as well as a good basis for their continued work to become both environmentally and quality certified. BWH HOTEL GROUP AB
Hotel Chain
I ran the project to create a Code of Conduct with underlying policies and governing documents in all important areas such as work environment, anti-corruption, gender equality and accessibility on a Scandinavian basis for all 160 hotels in the chain. Through communication, training and information, a completely new concept of sustainability was implemented at both the head office and at the individual hotels. The next step was to make an analysis of expectations (customers, etc.) and launch a handful of sub-projects for improvement within the sustainability spectrum.
WHO AM I?
My name is Tommy Evin and I am the one behind Evin Consulting AB. I have previously worked as sustainability manager at Best Western Hotels Group AB with both strategic and operational responsibility for the chain's 160 Scandinavian hotels. For several years I have worked as a marketing and sales manager and with both HR and communication. I am basically a behavioral scientist but have further supplemented my university education in sustainable societal development with everything from green and circular economy, to sustainable consumption and ecosystem service management.
